This redevelopment project of a disused 1980s office building on Hill Street is nearing completion. Mark Todd Architects was employed to carry out external works to facilitate the building's change of use into a new pub, art gallery and apartment.
North Coast Houses - Malin View
Planning Permission for these new homes on the north coast was granted in July 2017. Works are to commence on site at the beginning on 2018.

Cinema Cafe
