Hill Street - Site Progress

This redevelopment project of a disused 1980s office building on Hill Street is nearing completion. Mark Todd Architects was employed to carry out external works to facilitate the building's change of use into a new pub, art gallery and apartment.

North Coast Houses - Malin View

Planning Permission for these new homes on the north coast was granted in July 2017. Works are to commence on site at the beginning on 2018.

It's been a pleasure to teach M Arch at University of Ulster this past academic year. The end of year exhibition showcases some of the most talented students in the UK and Ireland.

Cinema Cafe

Mark Todd Architects had undertaken a feasibility study to explore design proposals for a new cinema cafe within an existing warehouse in central Belfast. For more information see Projects.

Planning Permission for a rear extension to a Victorian terrace house in Belfast has been granted. Tender drawings are underway with a view to commence works on site in Spring 2017...

Ask An Architect
